If you’d like to book a walk for a particular group, a particular time or on a particular subject, please enquire by emailing us at eastlondononfoot@gmail.com telling us what kind of walk you are interested in. We will let you know if it can be arranged and discuss times and pricing.
Our guides have provided walks for school and higher education students on subjects relevant to their studies, for visiting overseas students, for business and professional groups and for families and friends. As well as general interest and entertainment, walks have covered subjects such as immigration, industry, housing, architecture and women’s rights.
We recently provided a commissioned walk for local school students about immigration in Spitalfields - Bangladeshi, Jewish, Irish, Indian and Huguenot - illustrated at sites where the waves of newcomers over the years have left their mark - using history to throw light on the present day.
